Hello!

Maddie is a registered mental health counselor intern in the state of Florida and a doctoral candidate. She uses a combination of DBT, CBT, and narrative therapeutic approaches to help clients struggling with depression, anxiety, and life transitions. Maddie is EMDR trained and trauma-informed, with a particular focus in working with individuals who struggle with medical trauma. They work primarily with LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent clients. When they aren’t counseling, Maddie can be found reading Sapphic literature or horseback riding.
